Consultation & Assessment session - £65 | 60 minutes OR £85 | 90 minutes

This first session is really about getting to know you and building the therapeutic relationship which is really important in therapy. It is important that you feel at ease and this is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have and discuss any concerns and expectations. In a 90minute appointment you will also have the opportunity to experience relaxation hypnosis. 

Payment for a consultation session is in advance via bank transfer.

Therapy Sessions - £65 | 60 minutes OR £85 | 90 minutes 

In therapy sessions we will begin by talking over any feedback and how things are improving before continuing to work in hypnosis. The talking part of the therapy can last between 15 minutes and the full session depending on what is going on for you at that time. Some clients prefer to book an extended 90 minute session for longer work in hypnosis or, allowing more time for discussions whilst still leaving time for hypnosis. 

Payment is by cash at the session or by bank transfer prior to the session.

Smoking Cessation - £150

Smoking cessation sessions can be conducting in one 120 minute session or two 60 minute sessions one week apart. The best approach for you can be discussed during a 15 minute phone consultation. 

Full payment required in advance via bank transfer.

Block session discounts 

I offer 15% discount for block bookings of 5 or more sessions paid for in advance. 

 

Hours of practice 

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm 

Evening sessions may be available at an additional £15 per session.

Weekend sessions may be available at an additional  £40 per session.
